EXHIBIT E
(Reclamation Plan)
At the conclusion of mining, the site will be smoothed out, leveling
any deposits of sand and gravel remaining.
Any overburden that is available will be replaced following mining to
slopes not steeper than 8: 1. Topsoil that is available will then be
returned over the overburden, retaining the slopes no steeper than 8:1 as
shown above.
Following the final shaping, the mined area will be worked for a
seedbed and seeded to a cover crop of sorghum-type of forage.
The remainder of the site, as being within the area where the stream
flows during runoff seasons or during periods of flooding, will not be
reclaimed other than the leveling of the deposits of sand and gravel
previously referred to.
