The formation outcrops az several locations on azea streams. <br />Applican['s ground water hydrology consultant has determined that continuous <br />pumping of the well for the projected 15-year life of the mine, at its maximum <br />disch.nrge rate of 35 gallotu per minute, which assump[ions are far in excess of <br />proje~:tt:d water use at the Yoast Mine, would result in maximum depletions of <br />Saee Creek, Grassy Creek and the Yampa River, in percent of annual pumpage <br />at 15 yeah, as shown in the following table: <br />Saee Creek 8.65% <br />_ <br />Grassv Creek _ <br />10.27% <br />Yampa River above Grassy Creek 0.97% ~_ <br />Depletions to other area streams will be negligible.
