6.3.2. EXHIBIT B Site Description
The proposed building materials site is located on
the outwash (delta) from Arnold Gulch. It is a clean
sand of unknown depth.
It is located on the east side of the upper Arkansa/s
River basin. Most of the material is sand of less thaR1~
one-half inch in diameter.
No water enters or leaves the site except during a
flash flood.
There are no trees and the other flora consists of
mostly Blue Gramma grass with an occasional plant of
rabbit brush.
The prevailing wind is from the west so the small
amount of dust will blow onto similar rangeland. The
gramma grass is so sparse that my permit next door is 300
acres per cow unit month.
