<br />6.3.4. EXHIBIT D - Reclamation Plan <br />After each cell is emptied the walls will be caved to <br />a 3 to 1 slope except if large rocks intervene. If rocks <br />are unstable they will be rolled into the pit bottom for <br />safety. If they are solid base rock they will be left as is. <br />Because this area is sandy outwash there is little or no <br />soil to be removed or stored. However a small amount of <br />humus or manure should be incorporated in the top three <br />inches of soil. <br />Seeding will be with native seed of Blue Grama and six <br />week Grama. I am quite impressed with sheep fescue in <br />higher cooler sites so will add it to the mix. <br />The seeding must be mulched with a light straw cover to <br />prevent dehydration of the young plants. <br />A11 vehicles will be fenced out of the reclaimed area <br />and people discouraged from entering. <br />
