Information supplied and no comment needed. <br />Exhibit C - Mining Plan (Rule 6.3.3) <br />2. Midas Mining Company Inc. (MMC will save all topsoil from <br />the areas involved to provide the best reclamation at the <br />end of the mining operation. <br />3. The waste rock will be dumped by ore car. MMC will use gravity <br />and a Cat to comply with the 3:1 ratio. MMC will flag with <br />steel posts topped by ribbons, the waste rock boundary. Also <br />monitor and maintain the distance between the waste rock pile <br />and Red Cloud Creek to make sure the mapped buffer area is <br />protected. <br />4. MMC will lay approximately 150 feet of track from the portal <br />to the far reaches of the waste rock pile. The present plan <br />after checking with the mine superintendent is to use a front <br />end loader to place the ore in the ore storage area. <br />When the mining operation starts, MMC will send a copy of the <br />results of site 5 weekly water sample to your office. <br />6. MMC will attempt to complete five consecutive quarters of <br />water testing at the five sampling locations. In checking <br />this date with a member of Hinsdale County Road Department, <br />the Henson Creek Road is open to. Nellie Creek where the <br />Forest Service facilities are located.
