Size of Operation: Clayton and Son Construction <br />Co. is hereby authorized to use, in connection with the gravel <br />operation provided for in this permit, on the property described <br />above, the following equipment: <br />One (1) rock crusher capable of crushing one hundred <br />and fifty tons per hour. <br />Such additional equipment as is normally necessary for a gravel <br />extraction operation of the size contemplated by the above- <br />listed equipment shall be allowed to operate within the area. <br />However, no substantial alteration in the manner of operation <br />shall be allowed Clayton and Son Construction Co. (hereinafter <br />referred to as the Permitee) without first obtaininq a permit <br />from the Board of County Commissioners. Specifically, permitee <br />shall not be allowed to include any additional rock crushers or <br />engage in the operation of a concrete processing or mixing opera- <br />tion of any type or nature without first obtaining a permit <br />authorizing such expansion of its operation. <br />3. Truck Traffic: <br />It is contemplated by the parties <br />that the permitee shall use county road no. 125 to transport <br />materials extracted from the above described site. In order to <br />avoid the creation of a traffic hazard, permitee is specifically <br />limited in conducting its gravel operation only between the hours <br />of 6:00 o'clock A.24. and 10:00 o'clock P.P4. Permitee is further <br />limited in its operation in that no more than six (6) round trips <br />(round trip meaning one egress from the area and one ingress) by <br />trucks hauling material from such site during any one hour period <br />shall be allo~oed. This limitation shall be observed by the per- <br />mitee irregardless of the number of trucks operated by the permitee <br />or his assigns or licensees and under no circumstances shall county <br />road no. 125 be subjected to more 'than six {6) round trips per hour <br />by this permitee and under no circumstances shall the truer ~r <br />other apparatus used to transport materials carry more than twenty <br />(20) yards per unit, whether or not such units are bobtail trucks <br />~ or semi-trucks and trailers.
