4. Flox tiaasuring Device
If not already a part of the permitted facility. within ninety (90)
days after the effective data of the permit, a floe measuring device
shall bs installed to give representative values of effluent
quantities at the respective discharge points. IInless specifically
eumpted, or modified in Put I.B.2 of this permit, a floe measuring
device will be appllubla at all designated discharge points.
At the request of the hater Quality Control Division, or the
Eavironmmul Protection Agency, the parmittee shall show proof of
the accuracy of nay floe-seasuring device used in obtaining data
aubsLitted in thn monitoring report. The flow-measuring device must
indicate values within tea (10) percent of the actual flow being
discharged from the facility.
