• i <br />EXHIBIT - C Mining Plan <br />1. This is an existing quarry. Mining will commence on <br />receiving 110 permit, quarry life approximately 20 years. <br />2. As noted in the Soil Conservation Report topsoil is not <br />in abundance. There should be approximately 1 (one) foot <br />average. Topsoil material will be stockpiled on West side <br />of pit. This can be spread back on mined out areas at a <br />later date. <br />3. Wasterock and overburden will vary from 1-2 feet. This <br />will be used as stockpile pads as shown on map. <br />4. Deposit will be mined on one 40 foot level. <br />5. All shown on map. <br />6. Pit will be approximately 200' wide x 300' long x 40' high. <br />7. Existing roads are 20' wide ±, this is sufficient for our <br />operation. No improvements necessary. <br />8. No water will be used in mining operation. <br />9. This pit is located on top of a knob and i.9 existing with <br />no water encountered. There will be no disturbance to surface <br />or ground water systems. <br />10. No water rights involved in this operation. <br />11. If it becomes necessary to process on site, this will be <br />accomplished with a portable crushing plant. Material will <br />only be crushed and screened for processing. No chemicals <br />will be used. <br />Page 5 <br />
