Reclamation Plan <br />Reclamation activities will follow the completion of the drilling: <br />1. Upon completion of drilling activities at the site, all debris, trash, and drilling related <br />equipment will be removed from the site. <br />2. When the mud pit is sufficiently dry, it will be filled with stored subsoil material and <br />compacted to minimi~P any settling. <br />3. MCC does not anticipate reclaiming the area immediately due to the long-term duration and <br />need of the Deer Creek Sbaft Project <br />4. If constructed, waterbars on new road construction will be left in-place for firture erosion <br />control If culverts are placed on the road they will not be removed until final reclamation. <br />10 <br />
