RE_: Temporary Access Permit, Midwestern Farms, Holly, Colorado
Dear Mr. Borge:
Enclosed is a site plan for a Temporary Highway Access permit for Midwestern Farms in Holly,
Colorado.
On behalf of the owners, Midwestern Farms, we are requesting a temporary access onto U.S. Highway
50 approximately 1700 linear feet east of Prowers County Road 32. The access is for delivery of
aggregate processing equipment and buildings directly to the site. The time frame requested to
undertake this Temporary Access construction and delivery of equipment shall be Trom December 15,
1993 to April 15, 1994.
All temporary construction, fence replacement, and utility notifications within the public ROW shall be
in conformance with the Colorado State Department of Transportation guidelines. We hope this letter
will begin the process for approval of a temporary access for their property. Thank you for your time
and consideration.
