The access is for delivery of <br />aggregate processing equipment and buildings directly to the site. The time frame requested to <br />undertake this Temporary Access construction and delivery of equipment shall be Trom December 15, <br />1993 to April 15, 1994. <br />All temporary construction, fence replacement, and utility notifications within the public ROW shall be <br />in conformance with the Colorado State Department of Transportation guidelines. We hope this letter <br />will begin the process for approval of a temporary access for their property.
