The Board or its designated pre-hearing conference officer may, in its <br />discretion, grant an exception to this provision for good cause shown. <br />The Informal Conference will be held in the City of Rifle's hearing room in the City Hall at the <br />corner of Railroad Avenue and 2"d Street. The Conference will begin at 130 p.m. on T ay, / <br />January 4, 2001. ~ ~ d~^~ <br />Pne-hearing Conference ~ ~/ <br />Prior to the formal Board hearing to consider the Mamm Creek application, which is scheduled <br />for the January 24-25, 2001 Board meeting, aPre-hearing Conference will be held on January 16, <br />2001 in the small conference room in the Rifle City Hnll. This Hearing will begin at 1:30 p.m. <br />As required by Rule 2.7.1 of the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations <br />1) At the Pre-hearing Conference, the Pre-hearing Conference Officer shall cause to be <br />proposed a draft pre-hearing order. The draft pre-hearing order shall provide the <br />following: <br />a) o list of the parties' names, addresses and phone numbers; <br />b) a list of issues to be discussed at the Board hearing; <br />c) an outline of the agenda for the Board hearing and allowed times for <br />presentations, cross-examination by parties and closing statements; <br />d) a list of each party's witnesses; and <br />e) n list of each party's exhibits or documents to be used as evidence. <br />2) The draft pre-hearing order shall be delivered to all parties to the hearing at least three <br />(3) days prior to the Board hearing. <br />Please Note: <br />In order for the Division to include the witness, exhibits and documents lists in the draft Board <br />Order, the applicant and other parties to this matter must submit their lists to the Division by <br />January 11, 2001. <br />
