Lang <br />Dwnion D~reaa~ <br />Informal Conference <br />As required by Rule 1.4.6, the Division has scheduled an informal conference to define the <br />outstanding issues raised by objectors to the Mamm Creek reclamation permit application. <br />At the Informal Conference, each person objecting to the approval of the application shall set <br />forth the grounds for the objection. Similarly, the Applicant, and any other person supporting <br />the approval of the application, shall present the grounds necessary to support the approval. <br />Any interested person may participate in the Informal Conference by submitting written <br />comments or by appearing in person. <br />If any person may be affected or aggrieved by Office or Board action, that person may petition <br />the Office for admission as a party to the matter before the Board. Such a petition shall be in <br />writing and shall set forth a brief and plain statement of the facts which entitle that person to <br />be admitted as a party and the matters which the person claims should be decided. The written <br />petition for party status shall be submitted to the Office at the Informal Conference or within <br />five (5) working days after the Informal Conference. Parties to any matter before the Board <br />shall continue to be parties to any action for judicial review following final agency action, <br />pursuant to Section 24-4-106(4), C.R.S., as amended. <br />Any issue raised orally, that was not previously submitted in writing, by any person at the <br />Informal Conference shall be submitted in writing to the Office by such person within five (5) <br />working days after the Informal Conference. <br />
