L.G. Everest Dirt Road <br />2. Godding Ditch <br />3. Ken McGee Gas Welt <br />4. Buried Gas Line <br />Minimum Setback <br />40 feet <br />100 feet <br />100 feet <br />40 feet <br />NOTE: All setback distances aze measured from the top of the excavation to the <br />specific structure. <br />The Division should disregard any suggestion that the slope of the excavation will <br />be 3:1. As stated in the Divisions December 14, 2006 letter, mining will be at a 1:1 or <br />steeper angle with a 3:1 slope created through the installation of a compacted pit liner as <br />shown on the Reclamation Plan Drawing (sheet 2 of 2). <br />114d,uid.
