Everest - Rinn Valley <br />Resources confirmed. that both pits will be seated as part of the rectaaration process <br />following mining. Indeed, a significant portion of the Idaho Creek Resources Pit has <br />already been sealed by the operator. Therefore; sealing the Caomenish Borrow pit will <br />have no negative hydrologic impact on Idaho Creek a~ Rirm Valley Resomrces pits. <br />Please do not hesitate to call me if you have any questions regarding this letter. <br />Also, please advise if the Division requires an additional time extension regarding this <br />permit appticatiaur. <br />Sincerely, <br />Michael ].
