<br />Exhibit "E" <br />Reclamation Plan <br />Care will be taken during the mining operation to leave sufficient <br />material and space on the North and East sides fo the pit whereby the <br />existing fence will not be weakened and may be maintained. The North and <br />East slopes will be reclaimed on a 2:1 or less. <br />The West slope will be left on a 4:1 or less. <br />The South end of the site will be graded to fit the undisturbed <br />contours of th natural ground. The pit bottom will be drained toward <br />the South on a 1% to 3% grade. <br />Topsoil stockpiled previously will be placed over the entire disturbed <br />area in depths of 4" to 8". <br />The entire disturbed area will be seeded, fertilized, harrowed, <br />and dragged to meet all the requirements of S.C.S. plan which is part <br />of this application. <br />
