<br />EXHIBIT L <br />Reclamation Cost Estimate <br />In order to calculate maximum potential reclamation liability to the State, we have selected a <br />point in time where the mining disturbance could be at is maximum. This point occurs during <br />the mining of Phase II. At [his time the mining face in the east/west direction will be at its <br />greatest length. There will be shoreline under reclamation in Phase II and backfilling of Phase I. <br />Please refer to page 5 for a listing of disturbed areas that total 32.2 acres.
