Segment 4 is classed for the following uses: Use <br />Protected; Recreation, Class I; Aquatic Life, Class I (co1dJ; Water Supply; Agriculture. The Division reviewed this facility <br />on May 14, 1997, and determined that the antidegradation presumption was overcome because discharge does not occur <br />during law flow periods and the receiving water is use protected. <br />The activity involves discharge of surface runoff onfy from apost-mining area. No other sources of wastewater will be <br />discharged. <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology permit number is C-80-006. <br />EFFECTIVE JULY 1. 1997 EXPIRES JUNE 30. 2002 <br />• <br />
