We thank you for the review of the above <br />referenced application. The fdiaving are our answers and darificatiorts to the items you listed in your <br />Idler. Exduding your Idler headings, all rderences to "Exhibits" below are references to Exhil3its <br />attached to this letter. This letter and its attachments are to be a pad of the origins application, <br />referenced alxrve. <br />F~rhibd A -Legal Description (Rule 6.4.1 j <br />See drawing "Exhibit - "A". This drawing derxrtes the three areas celled out in the miles and bounds <br />description, Exhibit "AA". These are the areas to be excavated. Exhibit "B" shows the fenced boundary <br />of the Gravel Pit area. As noted on the drawing all arces not included with in the miles and bounds <br />description are to remain undisturbed during ttx; entire Iffe of the gravel pit. Note, property line ferxang <br />will remain in place after completion of excavation. Ail other gravel pit fence will be removed upon <br />completing reclamation of the entire gravel pit area. <br />Exhibit C -Mining Plan Map (Rule 6.4.3) <br />See drawing Exhibit "C". <br />At the time the original survey was taken of this location, two bridges did exist with in the gravel pit site. <br />The bridge affixed to the "Old Railroad Grade Road" is the only bridge that presenty exists, and will be <br />used by the gravel pit. The smaller bridge that was located to the northeast of the Old Railroad Grade <br />Road bridge has been rerrwved. Bdh bridges were and are awned by Gately Living Trust, Seahorse <br />Ranch. The Old Railroad Grade Road bridge is a private bddge that is located on Seahorse Rarxdr <br />PrW~ertY• <br />Old Railroad Grade Road: As shown on drawing F~chibit "C', this road is entirely on Seatxxse Ranch <br />property and is awned by Gately Living Tn>st, Seahorse Ranch. <br />Griffin # 1 D'Rch: All references to Griffin # 1 Ditch reflect the same ditch ~ shown on drawing Exhibit <br />"C" <br />Easements: see drawing Exhibit "B". <br />Vegetation: see drawing Exhibit "D". <br />
