The parking lot area shall be regraded so that any runoff that would have accumulated on top of the fill will be diverted back towards the road. A 1-~r detailed regrading plan shall be submitted to the regulatory authority to that effect within thirty (30) days of acceptance of the Regional Director's ~~~~ approval of the minor modification to the Mining and Reclamation Plan. 2. The engineer's report on the stability of the parking lot fill shall be ~o submitted to the regulatory authority within five (5) days of its receipt by the Company. If the engineer's report shows that the parking lot fill is unstable, Western Slope Carbon, Inc. shall submit plans to stabilize the parking lot fill. (3. The en ineer's certification of the sediment ' g pond shall be submitted to ~/-„ -,•~ the regulatory authority within five (5) days of its receipt by the Company. ~ ~ 4.
