• EXHIBIT F <br />The following information pertaining to wildlife i.s provided for <br />use by the Land Reclamation 9oard in their consideration of a <br />mining permit for Delta Ranri anri ~ravalt-P n Rnx lfl3, <br />Delta, CO 81416 for Pit N1 <br />' The Colorado Division of Wildlife does hereby find, to the hest of <br />our knowledge, that the impact of the proposed mining operation on <br />' wildlife will he <br />X minor <br />' moderate • <br />major <br />Mine Location: T. 15 5., R. 95 W., Sec. 18. (see attached map) <br />Wildlife Species List: (may be attached) Many forms of wildlife inhabit <br />this area. Small mammals, amphibians, reptiles, songbirds, waterfowl and <br />other forms of wildliFe are found in this area. <br />Endangered Species Impacted: <br />None that are known. <br />Flssessment of Impact on Wildlife: (may be attached) <br />Most of the impact on wildlife has already occurred when the land was <br />t cleared. <br />Mine Reclamation Recommendations: (may be attached) q buffer zone should <br />be left between the excavation area and the Gunnison River. Cottonwoods, <br />' willows and native vegetation should be planted along the buffer zones. <br />Overburden topsail should be replaced and the area around the proposed lake <br />should he re vegetated to provide wildlife habitat. Proper reclamation <br />could greatly improve the wildliFe values of this land.
