I sent the <br />first request to Mr. Bogart in Fort Collins and requested that he <br />forward it to your office if he did not handle this area of t}ie <br />state. In doing this it may have been mislaid or forgotten. <br />Please let me know if you need any other information that I may <br />not have provided. The application has been approved by the Eagle <br />County Planning Commission and is before the Commissioners at this <br />time. We will submit the application to the Mined land Reclamation <br />Division in late August or early September and I would like to <br />include your statement in that submittal. Please send the Wildlife <br />Statement to this office. <br />Enclosed is the Division's information form, vicinity map and a <br />copy of the affected lands map and a copy of the reclamation map <br />showing the area of affected lands and the final reclamation of <br />the site. <br />Thank you for your help in this matter. <br />Sincerely, <br />X~ <br />Stevan L.
