This law specifies that no person or <br />object can be brought any closer than within ten feet in any <br />direction of the conductors (wires) of a power line and providee <br />penalties for doing so. <br />7) There shall be no excavating nor any other operation that <br />would cause the soil within the right-of-way of the adjacent <br />13Bkv transmission power lines to become disturbed. <br />IP7AEMIdI TY <br />1- In addition to and without in any manner lianiting the <br />liability and indemnities of County, County agrees to fully <br />indemnify and save harmless Moon Lake, its successors and assigns <br />from and against any loss, damage, costs, charges, expenses and <br />claims of whatsoever nature and by whomsoever made, (a) whether <br />directly or indirectly associated with the gravel pit operation, <br />(b) whether within or adjacent to the confines of the area of <br />gravel pit operations, (c) including, but not limited to, <br />property damage and personal injury (including death) to any <br />person or persons, including any employee, agent or subcontractor <br />of County. <br />In complying with this Article, County in so indemnifyitiy <br />and saving Moon Lake harmless, shall do so at County's sole coat <br />of actions and proceedings relative thereto; except that, Moon <br />Lake may, at its option, participate in such defense and, if it <br />so desires, may retain counsel at its own cost. <br />2- In addition to and without in any manner limiting the <br />liability and indemnities of Moon Lake, Moon Lake agrees to fully <br />indemnify and save harmless County, its successors and assigns <br />from and against any lose, damage, costs, charges, expenses and <br />claims of whatsoever nature and by whomsoever made, (a) whether <br />directly or indirectly associated with the gravel pit operation, <br />(b) whether within or adjacent to the confines of the area of <br />gravel pit operations, (c) including, but not limited to, <br />property damage and personal injury (including death) to any <br />person or persona, including any employoe, agent or subcontractor <br />of Moon Lake. <br />In complying with this Article, Moon Lake in so indemnifying <br />and saving County harmless, shall do so at Moon Lake's sole cost <br />of actions and proceedings relative thereto; except that, County <br />may, at its option, participate in such defense and, if it so <br />desires, may retain counsel at its own cost. <br />2 <br />
