It is possible it may be transported by conveyors to the existing plant site. If it is washed at, the proposed plant site a sediment pond may be constructed or water may be discharged into St. Vrain Creek in compliance with the NPDES Permit. 0110. The plant site at the existing site will continue to operate as permitted. There will be no change to the existing permit as a result of this permit.
