Next, topsoil and <br />overburden stripping and stockpiling and Phase 1 mining will occur. <br />1 <br />biining excavation will be performed by dry mining techniques at an excavation slope of 3:1 <br />(H:V). As mining progresses beyond 30 tt, wet mining techniques will be used to mine the <br />sand and gravel. Also, mining will progress from the southwest towards the east and north <br />' with field conveyors, hoppers, anS transfer points being utilized [o provide loadine locations <br />and conveyance to the proposed processing plant. Other possible equipment will include a <br />bulldozer(s), an excavator(s), a water truck, and miscellaneous support vehicles. <br />' Reclamation grading and seeding will follow the mining operation. Exhibit E -Reclamation <br />' Plan, provides the details of the proposed site reclamation which will either consist of an open <br />lake or Gvater reservoir.
