1 <br />1 <br />II <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />EXHIBIT E <br />Reclamation Plan Timetable - (Letters in parenthesis correspond to the <br />appropriate sections of Rule 2.) <br />(a and b) - Present land use on the property is sand and gravel mining. <br />The areas around the present operation provide significant habitat for <br />some game and small non-game animals at the present time. <br />The ultimate land use after completion of mining is a combination <br />of recreation, wildlife habitat, and possible water storage (see Map in <br />Exhibit F}. <br />(d} General - The western area will be reclaimed as park land with <br />several ponds totaling approximately 90 acres. Slopes will be no <br />Steeper than 2:1 and mostly gentler than 3:1 except on the west boundary. <br />Topsoiling, seeding, and watering will be carried out by the operator <br />until vegetation is well established. <br />A setback zone approximately 50 feet wide along Clear Creek will,. <br />.. - to". <br />not be mimed, Current plans do not con~`r1''~C}`r~i ofi Clear <br />Creek. <br />The reclamation plan consists of several large ponds with habitats <br />designed for water storage with regraded, revegetated shorelines. <br />Graded slopes, adequate.s.etbacks, and ground surface elevation will be <br />maintained to preclude any significant disruption of Clear Creek due to <br />the presence of the ponds. <br />The present plan calls for continued operation and maintenance of <br />the plant office and scale house areas until the entire resource has <br />been mined.
