Afrer buildings and other superstructures are removed, the concrete foundations will be broken
and buried in place. Concrete collars will be blasted and buried in the shaft fifty feet below the
surface topography.

Enclosed is a revised map identifying the permit boundary, and including in such boundary a
small circle showing the existing ventilation shafr of approximately 75' in diameter located on
[he Rodman 4 mining claim, and including a small circle showing the proposed location for a
ventilation shaft that will be constructed when the current mine workings aze expanded to mine
from the Curley No. 4 or Curley No. 5 mining claims. The exact location of the proposed
ventilation shafr will be provided to the CDMG before actual construction begins. Each
ventilation shaft adds 0.5 acres to the 7.4 acres permitted at the main shafr and mine yazd.
The revised map also shows the location of the topsoil stockpile in an area along the NNW edge
of the permit area.
