A copy of the 1970 general survey <br />information is attached hereto. <br />Exhibit D -Reclamation Plan <br />Tlme topsoil, which was salvaged and placed in stockpile from the areas needed for buildings, <br />shafr and mine yard within time 7.4 acre site, contains approximately 88,000 cubic feet of topsoil <br />which will be used to cover the waste dunmp area and areas where foundation concrete is buried, <br />and any other area with the 7.4 acre site, as needed. The 88,000 cubic feet is expected to be <br />sufficient to cover those areas requiring reclamation to a depth of 6 to 8 inches. The remainder <br />of the permit area has usable, viable topsoil at the surface and requires no additional topsoil. <br />
