Prior to obtaining a permit, an approved water supply plan or a decreed plan for augmentation will be requi/red. / The apphcm[ has indicated plans [o use other water for uses at the gravel pit or for storage in the gravel pi[. The apphcant will need to provide evidence [o this off"ice'that the water is permitted or decreed for such uses. COMMENTS: Prior to approving a gravel well permit, the applicant will need a wavier of objection from well owners within 600 feet or request a hearing before the State Engineer. The proposed operation may have potential impact on existing water rights near the projectloca[ion. Please provide evidence[ha[[he proposed project will not alter or impact the historic operation of [he existing water rights.
