Seed must be <br />distributed at specified pounds per acre. <br />6. The pad areas will be fertilized (30-0-0, minimum NPK), seeded with the <br />approved seed mix, and mulched (certified weed-free straw). <br />7. The access roads will be restored as closely as possible to the approximate <br />original contour, re-seeded, fertilized, and mulched as above. <br />8. The drill pads and access roads reclamation procedure outlined above will <br />apply only to those azeas newly disturbed for this proposed project. Existing <br />roads will be left in a condition equal to or better than that observed on <br />Mountain Coal Company's entry into the azea. <br />9. Any coal recovered incidentally to this project will be in the form of cuttings or <br />core and would either be taken back to the mine site or disposed of in the mud <br />pits. <br />ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE <br />Drilling of these wells is anticipated to commence in August 2005 depending on drill rig <br />availability.
