<br /> <br />weeds are a very serious problem in Douglas County and every <br />effort that is applied in keeping the site free of noxious <br />weeds will be helpful, especially at bond release time. <br />Exhibit F- Reclamation Plan Kap <br />Comments on final contours included in Exhibit E. <br />Exhibit G- Water Resourcae <br />The Division did receive one comment from the Urban Drainage and <br />Flood Control District about the unnamed tributary to Lemon Gulch. <br />We are currently in contact with Urban Drainage to resolve their <br />concerns. <br />Exhibit H- Wildlife Information <br />The Division also received comments from the Colorado Division of <br />Wildlife. After conducting the site visit and reviewing the mining <br />plan, it is DMG's understanding that the mining plan will be <br />conducted in a way that will not impact the concerns that DOW <br />raised. This includes not disturbing any areas that contain woody <br />vegetation and not disturbing the southern minor drainage that is <br />included in the permit area. <br />Exhibit I- Soila Information <br />NO COMMENT <br />Exhibit J- Vegetation Information <br />NO COMMENT <br />Exhibit R- Climate Information <br />NO COMMENT <br />Exhibit L- Reclamation Costa <br />The Division agrees with the reclamation cost estimate and <br />appreciates the attention to detail that was included in this <br />estimate. One item that was not included is the 5$ administrative <br />fee that is required by rule 4.2.1(5).
