A request for approval of a conditional use permit for a riprap quarry on 9.55 acres in an
Agricultural/Forestry Transitional(AFT)zone. If you have questions or concerns,please call

A parcel of land located in the SW1/4 SW114 of Section 35, Township 10 South, Range
98 West, 6th Principal Meridian, Mesa County, Colorado. Said parcel being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the"1908"GLO Brass Cap Monument for the Southwest corner of said
Section 35 from whence the"1952" BLM Brass Cap Monument for the South one-
quarter corner of Section 34 bears"WEST', a distance of 2607.68 feet with all bearings
contained herein being referenced thereto. Thence around the boundary of the parcel
• the following seven (7) courses:
1.) N.89°54'57"E., a distance of 403.91 feet along the South boundary of the said
SWIM SW1/4 of Section.35 to the Northeast corner of Section 2, Township 11
South, Range 98 West, 6th Principal Meridian.
2.) N.89°54'57"E., a distance of 71.36 feet to a stone fence.
3.) N.06"33'02"W., a distance of 244.57 feet:

5.) S.85°29'30"W., a distance of 54.34 feet;
6.) N.42°40'00"W., a distance of 739.40 feel to the West boundary of the SW114
SW1/4 of said Section 35.
7.) S.00°24'19"E., a distance of 1123.78 feet along said West boundary of Section
35 to the point of beginning.
