The reseeding of each 3/4-acre phase should be finished within 6 months of <br /> the completion of excavation in that phase to meet the requirement for a <br /> timeframe for reclamation in Section 10.7.19; <br /> 12. The approved reclamation plan must be filed with the County Clerk and <br /> Recorder as stipulated in Section 10.6.10. The reclamation plan should include <br /> a proposal to control blowing topsoil from the spoils pile (proposed buffer) <br /> located in Phase 8; <br /> 13. A 20-year timeframe to complete excavation of all 8 phases will be allowed <br /> as proposed and to meet the requirement for a development timeline for the site <br /> in Section 10.7.20; <br /> 14. Review agency requirements; <br /> 15. A permit must be obtained from the Bureau of Mined Land Reclamation prior <br /> to the recording of the development permit; and <br /> 16.
