Fleming <br />RE: COOLEY & FULTON LAKE PTTS STABIIIT'Y EVALUATION AND COMPENSATION <br />CERTIFICATION, 104TH AVE (SH44) AND SOUTH PLATTE RIVER <br />The Colorado Department of Trattsportadon has tEViewed the above and we have the following comments: <br />1. There aze several structures beneath 104th Ave. (SH44) that may be affected in some way. The report <br />does not address how these structures aze affected or how they will operate once the pits are reclaimed. <br />The structures in question aze: South Platte overflow saucrure (Str. N E-17-BZ) directly west of the South <br />Platte River, the structure over the Butl Seep (Str. /~ E-17-EB) east of the South Platte River, and other <br />minor cross-culverts on both sides of the South Platte River. <br />2. CDOT assumes that CAMAS will procure all proper environmental and de-watering permits necessary. <br />3. Please provide a clarification to the 75-foot right-of--way from the section line in this area. <br />4. Any work in CDOT's right-of-way will be by permit only. <br />5.
