The application
was initially called incomplete due to some missing exhibits. The
missing information was submitted on March 24, 1997 and the
application was called complete on that day. The decision date for
this application is June 23, 1997.
The application is generally well organized and adequate, however,
there are some areas that will require additional information or
clarification as follows.
EXHIBIT A- LEGAL DESCRIPTION
No Comment
EXHIBIT B-INDEX MAP
No Comment
EXHIBIT C- PRE-MINING AND MINING PLAN MAPS OF AFFECTED LANDS
No Comment
EXHIBIT D- MINING PLAN
The mining plan maps seem to indicate that mining will be
restricted to the stream channel, however, under (e) of this
section it is indicated that bank disturbance may occur. If there
is any intention to conduct "bank" mining, this must be clearly
described in this exhibit and those areas where bank mining will
occur must be clearly shown on the mining plan map.
