Sun Coal Company has marked sediment <br />storage capacities in traps using steel stakes and will mark the sedimentation <br />dewatering pipe riser with paint and/or a staff gage. When riprap is required, Sun Coal Company will <br />obtain the material from a previously disturbed quarry adjacent to the BMG oil <br />well (located in the current permit area) -- SE-1/4 SE-1/4 Section 23, Township <br />6 North, Range 87 West -- and a road cut located in the SE-1/4 NE-1/4 Section <br />• <br />- 379 - (Rev. 5/66) <br />
