The Colorado <br />Division of Minerals and Geology submitted adequacy review comments to the applicant in four <br />different letters. Comments were received from Mr. Tom Schreiner in a letter dated March 30, <br />2000. In addition, comments addressing potentially contaminated ground water within or <br />adjacent to the proposed site were received from Mr. Schreiner in a letter dated April 7, 2000 and <br />from Dr. Harry Posey in letters dated April 11 and April 21, 2000. Dr. Posey's April 21 <br />comments followed a meeting on April 19 between Mr. Schreiner, Dr. Posey, an applicant <br />representative from TuttleApplegate, [nc., and EPA staff (Mr. Larry Kimmel and Ms. Laura <br />Williams). The information and discussion below addresses each comment as it was presented <br />by the Division. <br />Response to Comments Received from Mr. Tom Schreiner Comments, March 30, 2000. <br />Comment 1.
