<br />EXHIBIT F <br />Other Permits Required <br />BACHUS PIT <br />(proposed dirt borrow site) <br />This site is within Alamosa County. A conditional use permit is required <br />by the County for the commercial operation of a dirt borrow pit. <br />Application for this permit has been submitted by applicant to the Land <br />Use Administrator in Alamosa County. A preliminary public hearing on this <br />conditional use application was held on April 19, 1995 at 8:00 P.M. in <br />front of the Alamosa Planning Commission (as shown in the copy of the <br />Publication Notice attached to this exhibit). The planning commission <br />approved the proposal and have recommended it to the County Commissioners, <br />with the stipulation that required permitting will be obtained from the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board.
