! ~ • <br />1. There is no Planning Commission review of the Sketch Plan. The inffial review <br />of the Sketch Plan shall be by the Board of County Commissioners. Adjacent <br />property owners will b~ notified of the time and,,place of the BOCC meeting. <br />2. The Preliminary and Final Plats shall be prepared as specified for a Final Plat <br />in the County Major and Minor Subdivision Regulations. <br />3. The fees for processing and open space fees shall be as specified for a Major <br />or Minor Subdivision. In addition to the regular fees, a special Accelerated <br />Processing Fee, not to exceed S 150.00, may be required. The staff will make a <br />recommendation concerning the imposition of the Accelerated Processing <br />Fee when the BOCC rev.:ews the sketch plan <br />4. Upon determination that an application for a No Impact Subdivision is <br />complete, the application shall be accepted and scheduled for a regular <br />meeting of the Board of County Commissioners. <br />5. If any restricted deeds are required as part of the Subdivision approval, such <br />deeds shall be submitted for recording, along with the Final Plat, to the <br />Planning Department who shall record the deeds and plat if all requirements <br />have been met. <br />
