<br /> <br /> <br />Phase 5 Area B4 will be quarried for limestone. The available <br />topsoil in Area BS will be removed and stockpiled in the <br />designated area and preserved. The overburden from Area <br />BS will be blasted, hauled and stockpiled along the western <br />perimeter of Area B6 and backfilled in Area B3. The over- <br />burden varies in depth from 0 to 20 feet thick, averaging <br />10 feet thick. The overburden will be stockpiled on an <br />average of 20 feet thick. <br />The high calcium limestone will be removed from Area B4 <br />using conventional open pit drilling and blasting methods. <br />The limestone will be loaded into trucks and hauled to the <br />stockpile area for sizing and stockpiling. <br />The overburden material in Area B1 and B2 will be contoured <br />to a slope of 2 to 1 or less, leveled and the available <br />topsoil will be spread 8 to 12 feet thick over the area. <br />The area will be revegetated with: Indian Ricegrass, 3.211/acre; <br />Western Wheatgrass, 4.011/acre; Mountain 4fahogany, 4.01{/acre; <br />Sage, 1.511/acre; Rabbit Brush, 2.511/acre. Ponderosa seedings @ 10/acre. <br />This phase will require 48 months and the disturbance will <br />be approximately: <br />• <br />Major - 2.8 acres <br />Moderate - 1.75 acres <br />Minor - 2.75 acres <br />• <br />
