CJ <br />~J <br />The A6 Alluvial Monitoring Well was drilled using hollow stem <br />augers. No geophysical logs were performed on this well. <br />Completion Details of Alluvial Aell A6 <br />The well string is comprised of 4 inch, threaded, flush <br />jointed PVC well screen, fitted with an end cap at the bottom, <br />joined to a 4 inch PVC schedule 40, threaded, PVC well casing in <br />the upper ten feet. Filter material consists of 3/8 inch nominal <br />size, washed and screened pea gravel placed to a level at least <br />five feet above the top of the well screen. The remainder of the <br />well annulus was sealed using bentonite pellets and Portland cement <br />grout. The well string and completion materials were installed <br />through the interior of the auger flights. The exposed PVC pipe <br />protruding from the ground is protected by an eight inch diameter, <br />steel pipe collar with a lockable, threaded, protective cap. <br />• <br />
