Submit manufacturer's certificate of compliance certifying to com- <br />pliance with specification requirements, applicable reference <br />standards and test data requirements when required by the Owner. <br />Include reference to the specification section and paragraph with <br />which the product or materiel is intended to comply. <br />E. Samples <br />Physical examples shall be submitted to illustrate materials, equipment or <br />workmanship, and to establish standards by which completed work is judged. <br />F. Contractor Responsibilities <br />1. Submittals shall be made by the Contractor to the Owner with a <br />transmittal form or letter, and not by subcontractors, suppliers or <br />manufacturers. Contractor shall review, stamp with his approval, and <br />submit in orderly sequence all submittals required by the specifi- <br />cations. By approving and submitting items the Contractor <br />represents that he has verified all field measurements, field <br />construction criteria, materials, catalog numbers and similar data, <br />and has coordinated each shop drawing with requirements of the <br />Project. <br />2. The Contractor shall not begin work which requires submittals until <br />. • the Owner reviews and approves submittals. The Owner will return <br />an approved copy of the submittal to the Contractor. <br />The Contractor's responsibility for errors and omissions in submittals, <br />or for deviations in submittals from requirements of the Contract <br />Documents, shall not be relieved by review of submittals, unless <br />Owner gives written acceptance of specific deviations. The Con- <br />tractor shall notify the Owner in Writing at time of submission, of <br />deviations in submittals from requirements of the Contract Docu- <br />ments. <br />1.02 Construction Schedule <br />A. General <br />1. Contractor shall provide a projected construction schedule for the <br />entire work, periodically revised to reflect major changes in project <br />scope. <br />2. Contractor and all subcontractors, suppliers and manufacturers shall <br />schedule materials, deliveries and installations to conform with the <br />construction schedule, include provisions to this effect in all <br />subcontracts. <br />• <br />01300-Z <br />
