Stipulation 2 (replace first paragraph) <br />The operator will submit a noxious weed <br />management plan that will be prepared in <br />consultation with the local weed control <br />district or noxious weed management <br />authority. This plan must be submitted and <br />approved by the Division prior to any <br />disturbance occurring on the site; including <br />mining and construction of any portion of the <br />facility, and should generally follow the <br />principles outlined in the permit application, <br />but must contain at a minimum the following <br />elements. <br />
