Add to stipulation 1. <br />1)Groundwater samples must be collected <br />and baseline data assembled by an <br />independent consultant approved by the <br />Division. <br />2)Upon beginning its mining operations, <br />GCC must report all groundwater <br />sampling results pursuant to the <br />sampling frequency established by the <br />Division. The Division will a-mail results <br />to interested parties on request. <br />
