Pit. <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Tellier: <br />Pursuant to the regulations of the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, we are <br />sending you this letter and accompanying Public Notice which is being published in the <br />Steamboat Pilot newspaper to notify you of the intentions of Luke Tellier and Johnson <br />Excavation, Inc. to open a gravel pit on the Luke Tellier property, adjacent to your <br />property on Routt County Road # 33A, approximately 6 miles west of the center of <br />downtown Steamboat Springs, Routt County, Colorado. <br />If you have any questions regarding this Permit Application, you can view a complete <br />copy, in the office of the Routt County Clerk in the Routt County Court House, located <br />at 522 Lincoln Avenue, Steamboat Springs.
