Pursuant to the regulations of the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, we are
sending you this letter and accompanying Public Notice which is being pub{ished in the
Steamboat Pilot newspaper to notify you of the intentions of Luke Tellier and Johnson
Excavation, Inc. to open a gravel pit on the Luke Tellier property, adjacent to your
property on Routt County Road # 33A, approximately 6 miles west of the center of
downtown Steamboat Springs, Routt County, Colorado.
If you have any questions regarding this Permit Application, you can view a complete
copy, in the office of the Routt County Clerk in the Routt County Court House, located
at 522 Lincoln Avenue, Steamboat Springs. Written comments can be submitted to the
Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology at the address on the enclosed Public Notice.
