LCC did not include costs related to Mobilization and demobilization of equipment that <br />would be utilized for reclamation purposes. As the Reclamation Cost estimate needs to <br />account for coast the Division, or a third party, would incur to reclaim the site, these costs <br />need to be included in the estimate. Please provide mobilization demobilization costs for <br />the appropriate reclamation equipment. <br />207. Do the surface mine reclamation costs found in Table 3.02.2-I1 account for costs <br />associated with reclamation of the fills? Costs the Division foresees associated with the <br />fills includes; Rough grading, Topsoil application, final grading, seed bed prepazation, <br />seed application and mulch, and construction of permanent drainages.
