Otherwise, some reasonable success standards need to be established. Additionally, based on crop subsidy or other Department of Agriculture programs, are there any conservation compliance measures for crop residue? The operator may wish to leave a certain amount of residue on the surface of the soil, if so, this information should be provided. 4-18(5) The rare and endangered plant species letter needs to be updated.
