from the mines into FOidel. Flsh. and Middle Creeks ("creeks")
from several locations referred to as discharge points.

Yampa has sampled the effluent discharged into the creeks
from each discharge point. Yampa has submittetl reports t0
the division on the levels of pollutants in the effluent dis-
