Coal ProcessinK Was <br />4.10, 4.11) <br />Stipulation No. 13: <br />1 Processing Waste (2.05.3(8). 2.054(? <br />Within one month of permit issuance, the permittee must revise the <br />permit document to demonstrate conformance with the recommendations by <br />Rocky Mountain Geotechnical relative to the Cameo Coal processing waste <br />embankment. <br />Stipulation No. 14: <br />Powderhorn Coal Company accepts Stipulation No. 14. <br />Stipulation No. 15: <br />Powderhorn Coal Company accepts Stipulation No. I5. <br />Prior to disposal of coal processing waste into abandoned working <br />Powderhorn Coal Company will revise the permit docent to demonstrate <br />compliance with ground water monitoring requirements for operations <br />returning coal processing waste to abandoned workings. This monitoring <br />plan shall include a minimum of one well into the Rollins San stone up- <br />gradient from the disposal areas and one well down-gradient from the <br />disposal area. <br />XVII. flack filling and Grading (2.05.3(9) 2.05.4(2)(a), 2.05.4(2)(c), 4.09,4.13, <br />4.14) <br />Stipulation No. 16: <br />Powderhorn Coal Company accepts Stipulation No. 16. <br />XIX. Roads (2.05.3(3), 4.03) <br />Stipulation No. 17: <br />Within two months of permit issuance, Powderhorn will supply a report <br />to the Division representing a plan to verify or bring into compliance <br />the road culverts and drainage ditches. <br />Stipulation No. 18: <br />Within three months of permit issuance, the permittee must either <br />submit to the division a plan to bring the three dip-sections into com- <br />pliance with rule 4.03.1(4) (e) (i), or submit to the division a thorough <br />analytical demonstration by a qualified registered professional engineer <br />that the dip-sections, as designed, will be as environmentally sound and <br />structurally stable as that resulting from haul roads complying with rule <br />4.03.1(4)(e)(i). <br />
