<br />page 2 <br />Coal Ridge No. 1 <br />Third Response <br />Mine Plan: <br />The applicant has amended the Operations Plan and Longitudinal Cross-Section <br />to depict the restricted Phase A operations. However, as I mentioned above, <br />the fact that the application still describes all Phase A and Phase B <br />projected operations will necessitate extensive discussion within the findings <br />document, in order to carefully discriminate exactly what is and is not being <br />approved. <br />Coal Processing Waste Stockpile Bonding Calculations: <br />The applicant has amended pages 4-75r and 4-75s to include a projection of <br />bonding for the coal processing waste temporary stockpiling, proposed to occur <br />through Phase A of the operations. The calculations project a maximum waste <br />volume of 11,111 cubic yards to be carried 2,250 feet and backstowed in the <br />underground workings, at a total cost of approximately X25,000.00.
